Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a partial charge depending on the package.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Non-refundable packages and promotional deals are clearly marked at the time of booking.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.
